RISE is dedicated to dismantling systemic barriers that prevent juvenile girls from thriving in reentry. We provide the resources, advocacy, and community support needed to transform their futures. By addressing the root causes of incarceration and fostering systemic change, we make sure every girl has the tools to reclaim her voice and build a life of dignity and purpose.
